What Will You Be Doing: Delivering personalised counselling and case management to support individuals with diverse psychological, physical, and social barriers impacting their return to health and meaningful employment. Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial, initial needs, and vocational assessments, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional reporting. Identifying psychosocial and vocational barriers to employment and developing tailored rehabilitation strategies that promote sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Liaising with key stakeholders including employers, treating health professionals, insurers, and support networks to coordinate effective and holistic rehabilitation plans. Providing vocational counselling and career guidance to assist clients in achieving purposeful and realistic employment pathways. Developing strong therapeutic alliances with clients while fostering professional relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication and service excellence. Maintaining accurate and timely case notes and reports in alignment with legislative, funding, and ethical standards. Why Join Us?
